Peter Drucker’s books and essays on management topics have a widespread reputation. I first heard about Drucker listening to the guys onĀ Manager Tools and decided to purchase his book The Effective Executive to see what he had to say.
Drucker discusses what he perceives to be the definition of an executive and the role that they play within an organisation. Druckers key take-away points are that:
